Sarah & Cara Run Madison...

On Sunday, May 30th, Sarah Mahoney and I ran the Madison Half Marathon. I had trained all Spring and felt great going into the race. It was my 3rd half marathon and I knew I wasn't going to break my personal record. With the heat that day I decided not to push myself to the extreme. I finished about 20 minutes off my best time. It was a very hard race due to the heat but I'm glad I finished. After the race Sarah jumped on a plane and headed to Hawaii. We miss her a lot!

This past Saturday, June 5th, I had the honor to stand up in one of my best friends weddings. Jen and Jordan have been together since Jen and I lived together at Randall Ave. Jen has always been an incredible friend and we always manage to have an amazing time together. Their wedding was full of fun and laughter. I snapped a million pictures, but here are a few of my favorites...

It has been a long time since my first and only post. I'm not exactly sure how to use this thing, but I will enjoy learning. I'm sure that the majority of my posts will include Kirby, family, friends, fun adventures, and the Badgers. Be patient with me as I figure things out, but I'm excited to start sharing...
